Dr. Natasha Rudd, N.D., L.Ac.

Dr. Natasha Rudd is a fourth-generation doctor with a focus on the prevention of illness in the primary health care setting. She is a licensed practitioner of Naturopathic Medicine and Licensed Acupuncturist.  Dr. Rudd earned her Masters of Acupuncture and Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, the oldest Naturopathic College in the United States.  She has also completed advanced course work in botanical medicine and acupuncture in critical care.  Dr. Rudd utilizes unique therapies and natural medicines in conjunction with nutritional and lifestyle changes to address the whole person.  She works to establish lifelong relationships and views individualized preventative health care as the best way to achieve the highest wellness for every patient.

Dr. Rudd mentored with the founder of Sage Health Center for many years before taking over the practice in 2014.  Dr. Rudd currently sees patients in her private practices in Bend, Oregon.  She has been in Oregon since 2005, and as an avid outdoor enthusiast, she is thrilled to be able to practice medicine in an area that appreciates the merits of living a healthy and active lifestyle.

In addition to her Naturopathic and Acupuncture degrees, she has also received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder, a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon, and she is a member of the Oregon Association of Naturopathic Physicians (OANP).
