At this time, we are unable to process insurance claims. As a result, we do not accept co-pays and payment is due at the time of service. However, we do provide each patient with the paperwork including the appropriate codes for reimbursement directly to you from your insurance carrier. You can contact your insurance carrier and they can assist you in submitting your claim for reimbursement.
Please keep in mind it is up to each individual to know and understand the details of coverage for their individual insurance plan. The best way to know if a visit/treatment will be covered is to contact your insurance provider directly. We are not responsible for any denial of claims for services provided.
